1st Upa Yoga Session in Kuantan!
The first Upa Yoga session in Kuantan was held last week, on 16th and 17th March. It was an amazing and wonderful experience. For most of the participants, it was really an eye-opener. The participants have enjoyed the session and also very eager to learn more about Isha and Isha Classical Hata Yoga.
Hope that the Upa Yoga practice brings great physical wellness to you and we’ll meet again for the practice session in Kuantan this coming week.
The 2nd Upa Yoga session, on 23rd and 24th March 2013 in Kuantan is FULL as well. Thank you very much for the interest and support.

Surya Kriya in PENANG !!

We are planning to start Surya Kriya sessions and offering this to our Isha Meditators in Penang. Tentative date for the sessions is 20th and 21st April 2013. Please help to spread the word around, especially to our meditators in Penang.

Below are some description about the sessions we are offering now..
*Upa Yoga*
is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system. The term “Upa Yoga” is commonly used to denote “usefulness.” Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, it creates an instant sense of alertness, liveliness and brings ease to the whole system.
*Surya Kriya *
is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, traditionally available to a select few. “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Kriya” means “inner energy process.” Designed as a holistic process for health, wellness and inner wellbeing, Surya Kriya is a complete spiritual process by itself. (Currently offered to Isha Meditators only)
*Surya Shakti*
is a "country cousin" of Surya Kriya. This "country cousin" bring great physical fitness and inner strength. It balance the Ida and Pingdala and raise Samat Prana in the system. If you want to have a strong heart and want to be physically fit, you do Surya Shakti.
*Angamardhana*
is a series of 31 dynamic processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness. The word “Angamardhana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It revitalizes all the systems of the body such as muscular, skeletal, nervous, circulatory and respiratory systems. (Will be offered starting in June 2013)
*Yogasanas*
are offered as a set of 21 powerful postures to transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing. They are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength. They are a way of aligning the inner system to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thereby naturally achieving a state of health, joy, and bliss*.* (Will be offered starting in June 2013)
*Bhuta Shuddhi*
is the most fundamental practice in the yogic system. “Bhuta” refers to the five elements and “Shuddhi” means “to cleanse.” This purificatory process helps one to achieve a state of harmony and balance which prepares the body for higher levels of sadhana, or spiritual practices. (Will be offered starting in June 2013)

Direction to I Dance Studio: If you come from 1 Utama shopping complex, along the LDP highway, go straight and exit into Damansara Perdana. Once you exit into Damansara Perdana, immediately keep left and turn left at the first traffic ligh...t. The first building on your left is Neo Damansara.
Turn into the building and once you have taken the parking ticket, go straight and turn right into the second turning. (i.e do not turn at the first turning, first turning is to basement car park). After turning into the right, go straight and turn left immediately. The row of shop on your left is where I Dance Studio is located.
I-Dance Studio is located at Block F. It is located above "Clazroom". You need to take the lift to the 5th floor.
